We endeavour wherever possible to keep P & P costs as low as possible for our customers and even FREE for mainland UK orders over £90.00 (excluding VAT).
Most publications are postage free for UK customers when ordered on their own, except for heavier books, such as The Aromantic Guide to Unlocking the Health & Rejuvenation Benefits of Vegetable Oils which has a postage charge of £3.50 included in the price. This book is a lot heavier than a recipe brochure or the other Aromantic Guide so we have to charge for postage.
UK Mainland
Free for all orders over £90.00 (excluding VAT). If the value of your order is under £90.00 then P & P costs are calculated by the weight of the order. Always allow 2 working days for delivery after despatch.
Outside Mainland UK, Europe & International
P & P costs are calculated based upon your shipping zone and the weight of your order. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3-5 working days (may vary in busy periods), using AirMail for parcels weighing under 2 kg and for parcels weighing over 2kg, we use our courier service. Delivery times after despatch varies from country to country.
Using your own courier - only for parcels over 2kg being sent to International destinations.
Customers may save money by organising their own shipping. Please note that you are responsible for organising the pick up and delivery of your parcel and payment of your courier.
Ordering online
If you would like to do this please tell us in the ‘customer notes box’ when you place an order online. The customer notes box can be found at the bottom of the same page as where you would enter your payment details during the checkout process.
We will then deduct the P & P costs that have been automatically added to your order in the shopping cart.
Once the payment for your goods has been accepted we will contact you to give you the dimensions and weight of your parcel and to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up by the courier you have arranged. Please ensure that your parcel is collected within 7 days of us contacting you.
Ordering by telephone, fax or e-mail
If you are placing an order by telephone, please tell our member of staff when ordering that you want to organise your own shipping. When placing your order by fax or e-mail please make sure that you have included your request to arrange your own shipping.

USA
Due to customs difficulties, which we are in the process of resolving, we can only send orders to the United States of America that weigh under 2kg when packaged so that we can send by Air Mail. This should change in the later part of 2008.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order once the goods have left our premises.
